Minority Politics Thematic Area

The Minority Politics thematic area will leverage MSU's strengths in political science, psychology, gender and LGBTQ studies, criminal justice, Chicano/Latino studies, African-American and African studies, and Muslim studies to establish MSU and the College of Social Science as a national research leader in this field.

Legal Internship Program

The Legal Internship Program is offered during the Summer semester. This program focuses on providing students thinking about a career in law with an opportunity to work in the legal environment, under the supervision of licensed lawyers, on actual cases before applying for law school.

Master of Public Policy

The goal of the MPP is to provide high-quality graduate-level instruction in quantitative analysis, program development, policy implementation, public finance, and policy evaluation. Applications are now being accepted for Fall 2024.
