Highlights

Phillip Hernandez, this month’s featured political science alumni, is a 2014 graduate.  Hernandez received his bachelor’s degree in political science-public policy and economics.  He currently works at Public Policy Associates, where he provides support to researchers on a variety of projects.  Mr. Hernandez is currently involved in work for the Michigan Sense of Place Council, which is designing strategies to promote entrepreneurship and make communities more attractive places to live and work.  He also provides technical assistance to users of the Michigan Career Education Consumer Report, data entry, and audits.

Hernandez served as an intern in the office of Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero.
