The Department is pleased to announce the 2017-2018 Graduate Student Paper Award winners. The selection committee which consisted of Professors Sarah Reckhow, Eric Chang and Arthur Melzer selected two winners:
“Extreme Candidates as the Beneficent Spoiler? Experimental Evidence of Extremeness Aversion” by Fang-yu Chen (MSU) and Austin Horng-En Wang (Duke)
“The Increasing Racialization of American Electoral Politics, 1988-2016” by Adam Enders (Louisville) and Jamil Scott (MSU)
We would like to congratulate Fang-yu Chen and Jamil Scott for their excellent work. They will be recognized at the May 9th Faculty Meeting.
