The Department of Political Science at Michigan State University

presents a lecture co-sponored by the Symposium on Science, Reason, and Modern Democracy:

Judicial Supremacy and the Politics of the Constitution.

Benjamin A. Kleinerman received in Ph.D from the Department of Political Science at MSU in 2004. He is and assistant professor of Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy at James Madison College at Michigan State University.
