Bibby, Andy

Andy is currently in his 3rd year of the Ph.D program at Michigan State University. He wandered unpatriotically across the border a few years back along with the Stanley Cup . Andy has an honors BA in English Literature and Political Science from Concordia University (Montreal). He has traveled to Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, and now reads books. Andy has recently become interested in French political thought - Montesquieu, Rousseau, and Tocqueville. He plans to return to Montreal one day to teach.
