Pan, Hsin-Hsin
Hsin-Hsin Pan enrolled the PhD program in MSU in the fall of 2007. She earned her BA and MA in political science, National Chengchi University, Taipei, Taiwan. She is a 2007-2008 Fulbright scholarship recipient.
