Daniel Lance began the MPP program in the Department of Political Science at Michigan State University in the fall of 2019. He completed his undergraduate in Finance in 2017 at Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. His main policy interests include voting policy and the structure of elections.
Daniel currently works as a budget analyst at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, focusing on the state’s various public assistance programs. After completing the MPP program, he hopes to pursue a career in either budget development, or public advocacy.
