Roderick is a second year Public Policy Masters student who got his undergraduate degree in psychology and criminal justice at Michigan State University in 2020. During his time as an undergraduate student, he held several peer elected positions that included serving in the ASMSU general assembly and being the president of the Multicultural Greek Council. In these positions he was able to practice student advocacy for minoritized communities and empower his more than 200 constituents by facilitating professional development opportunities and advocating for their needs to university officials. His policy interests revolve around public health and healthcare access, criminal justice reform, and social justice. He finishes his graduate program in May of 2022 and is open to all future employment opportunities
