Nathan graduated from Michigan State Universities' James Madison College in May of 2018. After graduation he worked on political campaigns, completed a fellowship in the State House of Representatives, and spent over two years working in the Whitmer Administration. He is currently an analyst at the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC). At the MPSC, Nathan works to design energy tariffs that are fair, equitable, and efficient.  

Academically, Nathan is focusing on the intersection of energy policy and infrastructure. He hopes to utilize the skills he gains from Michigan State Universities' MPP program to create innovative policies that position Michigan to lead in the green economy of the future.
