Diversity Torches celebrate our students who uphold a diversity value or ideal. As “Diversity Torches,” they provide light, guidance, and awareness to their fellow students and all who see them. Our “Torch” for this month is Mircea Lazar, a MSU Political Science PhD student. He is currently researching LGBTQ+ communities in Sub-Saharan Africa.
