BIOGRAPHY

Abbie Kozel is a Graduate of Milford High School in Milford, Mich. She is a Political Science Pre-Law and Women's and Gender Studies major with a minor in Law, Justice, and Public Policy.

"I have a strong interest in women's rights, human rights, and the law. I am currently working on research observing the overlap between the major international human rights treaties, with a focus on the impact of international women's human rights. I hope to eventually make an impact on international gender equity, and maybe become involved in an international organization like the UN. However, in the meantime, after graduation, I plan to pursue my J.D. at an East Coast Law School and become a human rights attorney."
