Spencer Leslie is a linked BA-MPP student at Michigan State University originally from Detroit, MI. His policy interests include revitalizing and upgrading American infrastructure as well as combatting the growing epidemic of houselessness. After graduation Spencer hopes to work toward building sustainable and equitable communities across the country.
