BIOGRAPHY

Jade Prange is a graduate of Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City. Her hometown is the village of Kingsley which is just south of Traverse City. Her major is in Public Policy, and her minor is in Human Behavior and Social Services. She is most interested in economic justice for rural areas and Indigenous sovereignty. After graduating she hopes to pursue a master's degree in public policy. Jade intends to use her education to continue organizing in Northern Michigan around issues that ensure everyone gets to live a life with dignity and have their basic needs met.
