The LeFrak Forum is hosting a fireside chat with Vincent Phillip Muñoz at Cowles House. Dr. Muñoz is a leading constitutional scholar whose research has been directly cited in major U.S. Supreme Court opinions. He serves as the Tocqueville Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame, where he is also the Founding Director of the Center for Citizenship & Constitutional Government.
