Science and Democracy Speaker Series featuring Dr. Erica Frantz

The Science and Democracy Speaker Series is held on the third Tuesday of each month in the fall semester 2026 from 2:30-4:00. We will hear seminars from four faculty across MSU departments who study how democracy, science, and society work. The seminar will be held in Plant Biology Laboratories 168 and on Zoom.

Following an hour for the seminar and large group Q&A, there will be an informal social period to get people from different fields meeting each other, reflecting on current events, and developing new ideas.
