MSU PLS students win first place prizes in UURAF

MSU PLS students Lola Browne and Julia Park won first place awards at the University Undergraduate Research and Arts Forum.

Browne's research "Gender and Policy: Examining the Influence of Gender Composition in State Legislatures on Gendered-Health Policy Outcome" was presented with Sociology major Emma Huizenga under the mentorship of Dr. Matt Grossmann.

 

Park, a dual major in PLS and Neuroscience, presented her poster "ReKive: Improve Political Conversations" in the History, Political Science, Economics section with Dr.  Dr. Ani Sarkissian.
