Adjadeh Richard is a first-year MPP student at Michigan State University, holding a B.A. in Social Work from the University of Ghana. With prior experience as a Customer Service Representative at Uber Technologies and later as a Senior Customer Success Coordinator at Elephant Healthcare, Richard brings a valuable background in customer service and coordination to his policy studies. His passion lies in formulating, critically analyzing, and implementing impactful policies that enhance the lives of individuals. Richard is driven by the desire to leverage the skills and knowledge he acquires during his MPP program to contribute to the development of effective policies in his home country and other regions where he may work.
