BIOGRAPHY

Luke Bingaman is a second-year Master of Public Policy student at Michigan State University, where he also earned his B.A. in political science/public policy. During his undergraduate career, Luke spent nearly four years working in the Michigan House of Representatives as a Policy Intern and eventually became the Policy Director for a State Representative. He spent a year after leaving the State House working as a Legislative Intern at Michigan Legislative Consultants. His research interests include Affordable Housing in Urban Areas, Public Transportation, and Urban Planning Policy. Luke hopes to move to Chicago and continue to advocate for more equitable Urban Planning policies that embolden all communities within the city to thrive and succeed.
