BIOGRAPHY

Devon Hall is a first-year Master of Public Policy student at Michigan State University. She earned her B.A. in Communication with a minor in Spanish from Saginaw Valley State University. Her professional experience spans college admissions, student success, and educational partnerships across Michigan. Her research interests include education policy, higher education, and how public policy is translated into practice to improve educational opportunity and postsecondary success, particularly for historically underserved communities. After graduation, Devon hopes to bridge policy and practice in ways that improve educational opportunity and outcomes for students, communities, and the institutions that serve them.
