BIOGRAPHY

Parker Havard is a first year Master of Public Policy student at Michigan State University, where he also received his Bachelor’s in Political Science in August 2026. His research interests include agriculture, trade, national security, international relations, and national/state election policy. An advocate for strong international ties, Parker serves as an Ambassador for the United States Heartland China Association, where he also attended the Future Agriculture Leaders Delegations to China as a student delegate in 2025 and 2026. He loves novels and films, being a published author of two science fiction novels and variously working on different collaborative scripts and films.
