BIOGRAPHY

Sheilla Kasolo is a first-year Master of Public Policy student at Michigan State University and an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Law Development Centre. With nearly a decade of experience across compliance, litigation, and advisory on legal frameworks, she previously worked in private practice and founded TASKK Advocates, serving companies and nonprofit clients.She applied for the MPP program to better understand how regulatory policy and institutional governance can be used alongside the law to solve public problems. Her primary interest is using this combined legal and policy background to design effective regulations, improve organizational accountability, and train future leaders to support sustainable development in developing countries.
