Melissa is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science. She joined the Department in the fall of 2014 after 4 years as an Adjunct Professor at the Michigan State University College of Law. She has her juris doctorate from the University of Illinois in 2003 and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois in 2000.
