BIOGRAPHY

Eleni Panoushis is a graduate of York Community High School in Elmhurst, Illinois. She is a Political Science - Pre-Law major with a minor in Law, Justice, and Public Policy, Honors College  

"I have a passion for the law, specifically for the criminal justice reform movement to address addiction and mental health. I have completed brief research on the drug epidemic in our criminal justice system, focusing on LEAD programs across the country. I hope to continue researching various other programs and methods of criminal justice reform. In regard to my overall interests, I immensely enjoy learning about our United States governmental system, specifically our judicial system and aspects of constitutional law. After obtaining my undergraduate degree, my goal is to attend law school and eventually become a trial attorney."
