Dan Thaler is an Undergraduate Academic Advisor in the Political Science Department. He holds a Ph.D. from MSU specializing in American Political Behavior and Quantitative Research Methods, as well as a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Grand Valley State University. He has previously taught courses in American government, politics and the media, environmental politics, and public bureaucracy. In his spare time, he enjoys playing board games and rec league sports, poorly executing home DIY projects, and spending time with his wife and two children.
