Major: Public Policy Minor: Cities: Environment, Design, and Society Favorite PLS Class I have enjoyed all of my academic classes and learned so much in every class. However, my favorite academic class was Political Science 302 (Urban Politics). This class revolved around urban planning which is one of my favorite academic subjects! It also combined the components of my major, Public Policy and my minor, Cities: Environment, Design, and Society. Favorite MSU Memory Being recognized as a member of the MSU Homecoming Court at the Football Game against the University of Wisconsin. I'll never forget walking down the tunnel and hearing the roar of the 75,000 fans, mixed with the odd serenity of the field itself. It was the experience of a lifetime and I'm proud to have had that honor. Future Plans: I am moving to Belfast, Northern Ireland, for one year to pursue an MPhil in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation through Trinity College Dublin. Favorite MSU Memory: Cheering on Kenneth Walker III in Spartan Stadium while he dismantled Michigan in October 2021. He scored another touchdown while I was writing this! Major: Pre-Law Political Science. Minor: Law, Justice, and Public Policy. Future Plans: Attend MSU Law and hopefully go on to work for a non-profit law organization like the ACLU and help contribute towards the fight for equality and human rights. Favorite PLS Class: PLS 392 with Professor Sarkissian, it was on authoritarian regimes and I learned a lot of cool and interesting information. It was by far the best class I've taken at MSU. Favorite MSU Memory: Getting a full ride scholarship to MSU Law. MSU Accomplishments: PLS Scholar, Interned for the Michigan House of Representatives for Representative Kevin Coleman. Major: Political Science- Prelaw Minor: International Development Future Plans: Law school (unknown where to yet), getting married to my fiancé Alyse, become a person that reflects the values that I acquired in MSU. Favorite PLS Class: PLS 352 with Mariana Medina! Favorite MSU Memory: Tied between the game vs Duke to get into the 2019 Final Four and our victory over Michigan football in 2021. MSU Accomplishments: Volunteer in Spartan Day of Service 2019 & 2023. UURAF Presenter and 1st place winner in 2021 UURAF presenter in 2022 2 years of service with the Digital Humanities and Literary Cognition Lab at MSU.
